FAQ: My account

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail after subscribing.

You may not have received a registration confirmation e-mail if you have :

  • entered an e-mail address to which you no longer have access
  • made a mistake in the e-mail address you entered.

If neither of these two reasons applies to you, take a good look in your inbox spam folder, as the e-mail may be there. If you still haven't found the confirmation e-mail, write to us at contact@stadiumgo.fr.
